Shipbuilding Gantry Crane is used for ship assemble across the shipyard (slip way). It is equipped with upper trolley with two sets of lifting mechanisms and lower trolley with one set of lifting mechanisms. On basis of the two trolleys, it can turn over the ship's hull.

After-sales Service promises:

 Ⅰ. Quality problems of products sold by our company will be solvedas per the"Three Guarantees"system of our company by the "Three Guarantees"service team;

Ⅱ.Related personnel will be sent to the site immediately after receiving quality complaints(by call,letter or oral notice)from clients;

Ⅲ.Personnel involved in after-sales service shall be serious and considerate in handing the problem to make clients crane-free;

Ⅳ.In addition to solve quality problems,personnel involved in after-sales service shall train clients,answer their technical inquiries and related questions free of charge.

Ⅴ.Related cost for products with quality problem will be shouldered by our company.Our company charges for quality problems caused by clients (or problems after the warranty term ),but the charge will not be higher than the expense(or cast);

Ⅵ.Establish the client-orient concept to offer timely,serious,sonsiderate and complete service,and value the image of the all the time to serve the company and clients.
